Just finished up doing the setup diagrams for the ambitious timeclock project. So if you have two webcams, a Teleo Making Things kit, and a custom built Timeclock you can enjoy the project to its fullest. Otherwise you will have to make do with standard on screen slider and mouse interactions.

Friday seems very close indeed.

As the busiest week of my calender year begins I decided to stock up on my dietary needs to get me through.

I have two major deadlines this coming friday and I am currently feeling totally uninspired. Im sure inspiration will come right in my final hour like it normally does but it doesn’t stop me from being terrified right now.

Anyone who thinks they can inspire me in anyway please do so now.

So while doing so ground work for a game I am building I decided to modify the simple Breakout game to have a little twist.

There is only two levels so you could only call it a demo really. Oh and you must have a microphone if you want to stand a chance.

So I have just got home from the Cinema after seeing ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ and I seriously can’t believe my eyes. Is this really Darius Monsef of ColourLovers fame (or kirupa oldboy)!

The film was actually really funny (just like most of the Judd films of late) but I was just thinking all the way through that this is Darius right there on the screen. The weirdest part is that the whole film is set in Hawaii which happens to be strongly connected to Darius as well.

Weirded.

As part of a project I am working on with Ren we are using a clock to as an interface to control stuff on Flash. We have been tirelesly looking for a suitable alarm clock that would house the electronics that power the interface. We have been unlucky so far in actually finding one. So I decided to go with the back up donated by Heather.

Its a little bit pink but I think we can make this work. I will post more on this project once its finished. Its a little bit out there but uses some cool technology to power it.

Things like this actually scare me. There is so much wrong with it I don’t even know where to begin. The fact that this came through as a FAX of all things just makes the situation worse.

The scariest part of the whole thing though is that people are actually fool into things like this!

While doing our weekly food shop tonight we got a Steamer. This idea has been floating around ever since Kris said it was practically the best thing he ever did buy and convinced me I needed one in my life. We were going to get one ages ago but just never got around too it.

I like it. Super simple, just chuck them in and go. Couldn’t be easier. I feel like life just got that little bit healthier.

My dad just found this and sent me it. Apparently its everyone except my sister Melanie and instead there is some random boy.

Just had this for breakfast. I love fish but have this thing about things being cooked. So with this in mind I took part in my first sushi experience, minus the fish. I don’t even think it could be classed as sushi to be honest.

Okay so this is basically just a link dump for Dunc’s newest short film entitled ‘Bitten’. The film was shot over a couple of days and edited over a week. It was also shot in super sexy HD and it has to be viewed at such a quality. Due to this need he has uplaoded it to Vimeo so he can get feedback from it before the final version is premiered.
