My name is Scott Hargroves. I create things out of pixels, mainly for the web, but sometimes just for kicks. Like when I built a Multitouch table in my spare time. I do other stuff too, like making short films, taking photos and sometimes sending the odd tweet.

The World is Round

So basically I was a little premature with my video of our Around the World trip as the route has now been altered ever so slightly.

Basically we have now finalised it and booked it, so there is no going back.

The final Itinerary is as follow:

  • Depart Manchester
  • New York (4 nights)
  • Change in Los Angeles
  • New Zealand (5 weeks)
  • Change in Sydney
  • Tokyo (2 nights)
  • Arrive Manchester

We basically removed Fiji from the trip to save ourselves some money and also buy ourselves extra New Zealand time. Overall its worth while as on average it saved us approx. £800 for the 3 days in Fiji which is a massive saving on a journey like this.

I am excited for Christmas in Paradise.
